Kaisa:

* Business College Helsinki, Development Manager: management of the sub-project "Pathway to Work" 2017-2019, and after that the coordination of the network in 2021. The aim of the project was to smoothen the transition of immigrants to working life through pilot projects and a common operating model. The BC sub-project developed entrepreneurship training tailored to migrants.

* Business College Helsinki, Education Manager: chair of the steering group of the European Business Baccalaureate Diploma+ project 2014-2017. BC prepared the application with partners from Germany, the Netherlands, England, Hungary, Denmark and Austria. The EBBD Diploma enables business students to better demonstrate their business skills and abilities in the European Union. The Diploma aims to promote student mobility and employment within Europe. EBBD+ was voted the best Erasmus+ project (VET Excellence Awards 2018) and awarded at a ceremony in Brussels.

* North Karelia University of Applied Sciences, Project Manager: implementation of the international ADAPT/IMPI (Internet Marketing for Plastics Industry) project for the plastics and tooling industry in 2000-2002, total budget for Finland about 1,5 M€. Partners in Germany, Spain, England, France, Belgium and Denmark. The project developed an internet portal for the plastics and tool sector, and produced training material and websites for SMEs.

* Joensuun Tiedepuisto Oy, Business Consultant: Application process for the European Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) directly from the EU Commission in Brussels, participation in the training of new BIC leaders and launch of BIC activities in Joensuu, the first in Finland. Successful implementation of the BIC Congress application process and winning the competition, which resulted in the organisation of an international congress of BIC operators (more than 200 guests from all over Europe) in Joensuu, North Karelia.

Helena:

* Helsinki Business College Oy, Project Manager and Development Specialist, several large international projects, where working as Project Manager and Expert. Topics: diversity management in companies, social entrepreneurship and its promotion, ecosystems, business education, MOOC online training and IT in the years 2019-2024.

* AMKE Oy, Development Manager, Finnish VET networks and management projects (EULIVET; DYNAMO) and education development projects: (AIPAL, apprenticeship development, promoting well-being at work, and promoting the effectiveness of education), Network management: the VIMMA communication network, HRD networks, for principals and developers.

* Lifelong Learning (formerly Adult Learners' Week) annual campaigns in 2006-2014, funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture and individual companies, with Helsingin Sanomat as main partner, interspersed with a 12-page tabloid education supplement. In addition, a large, fair-type main event: 3000 visitors and 30 exhibitors per year. The campaign supported several hundred event organisers across the country.

* University of Helsinki, Faculty of Humanities, Employment and Knowledge Industry Project (TT-project) Project Manager, project was implemented with separate funding from the Ministry of Education at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Helsinki in 2000-2005. The aim of the TT project was to demonstrate that study periods can be shortened by improving students' knowledge of the labour market and providing them with the skills they need for working life already during their studies. Through active communication and business cooperation, the knowledge and perception of humanists in the labour market was increased and interest in humanists in general was stimulated. 

* The TT project involved dozens of simultaneous projects: Digital Communication curriculum, Intercultural Interaction Master's programme, Business Economics and International Business Communication curriculum at the Helsinki School of Economics, Working Life in Education, Cooperation with subject associations, IT learning space Humina, design, implementation and introduction, two new IT teaching classes, HumIT courses, IT skills for humanists, Humanities magazine, Historical Humanists, departmental websites, dozens of partner company websites, communication strategy, dozens of brochures, publication series, 150-year history of the Faculty of Humanities.

* University of Joensuu, Centre for Continuing Education, International, Euro Tourist Project, Euro Tourist was an ADAPT initiative project funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). Nine European countries cooperated in the Euro Tourist consortium: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Wales, the Netherlands, Sweden and Finland. The main objective of the project was to improve the skills of tourism workers in order to prevent unemployment and to create and safeguard jobs by improving tourism skills. The Centre for Continuing Education at the University of Joensuu acted as international coordinator of the project after Denmark for several years.
