Kaisa Nuutamo

Kaisa is an entrepreneurial developer and trainer who leads multicultural education, networking and cooperation projects in an inspiring and people-oriented way.

She has over 30 years of experience in business development, management, marketing, teaching and international project management. Her first company, Sofine Plastics Ltd, focused on the development, export and import of software and educational materials for the plastics industry.

Kaisa has a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration and the full studies for a PhD. She has completed, among others, a Specialised Vocational Qualification in Management (JET), Pedagogical Studies for Professional Teachers (AmO), a Degree in Educational Administration (qualification of a principal) and numerous short courses on various subjects during her professional career.

Kaisa is an effective facilitator of organisational and staff development with a positive, creative and empathetic approach, keeping the big picture and the goals in mind.
